Waylands MG Oxford were great because they were not in your face pushy salespeople. Laurie was totally knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and demonstrated the many features in a simple manner. As the car hadn't been seen by the service and valet, there were a few marks and issues, but these were resolved before handover. I would easily recommend Waylands MG Oxford to others.

George is an exemplary sales person. He went over and above in helping me through the journey of the purchase. What makes this buy special is there was a response to every small question on phone or email. Very diligent and precise. Antony too played his massive part in making my experience as a customer very pleasant and helped through some of the finance fine points. As a while I felt a very valued customer and will return to this dealership for my future cars. The car in itself is a delight to drive. Overall a very happy customer and would recommend this dealership if you are someone who likes to be valued as a customer in addition to the money you spend.

I would not recommend Waylands MG Oxford because I have had to chase for everything. If I’ve emailed I have had to follow up with another email to get a response or I have had to make a call. I am still waiting for a response from my last email.
